At Strataz, I seek to be foundationally divergent. As a designer I am privileged with the great responsibility of designing the built environment. I listen and engage personally first by becoming a trusted advisor enabling clients to realize their vision and maximize the project’s potential. Designs are neither created nor completed by me alone, but it’s my role to help define team direction and focus. I’m an expert in understanding cultural and environmental context, building relationships, creating synergy between clients, stakeholders, and other professionals, and ensuring the team is all moving together in that same direction. I strive to reimagine the way people live, work, and play in innovative and in inspiring ways, with a core focus on responsible design and material decisions that have a positive impact on the environment. Through a layered process I call Stratiform, informed and inspired ideas emerge for development with the best idea being built. I exceed clients’ expectations in solutions that become environments with a beautiful sense of place, and ideas that solve complex problems to provoke the mind and touch the soul.
